  • Call information: the phone number you call from, the time and duration of the call and notes about your enquiry.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. What we never ask for

We will never ask for your full card number, PIN, online banking password, security question answers or one-time passcodes. Please do not send these to us by email or through our forms.

4. How and why we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide support guidance — lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request.
  • To maintain, secure and improve the website — lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Our service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
